SHIPPING & RETURNS
There is a processing time of 1-3 business days on all orders. All orders received after 5PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.
We only ship to verified addresses that share the same billing address as the information on your credit/debit cards. All orders domestic and international will be shipped via USPS. We use USPS Signature Delivery Confirmation with every order. Domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after processing time and have a $4.50 flat rate for shipping fee on all USA addresses. We are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We ask that all customers plan ahead when making their purchases. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. Any request to cancel an order after 24 hours will be denied.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY & TAX
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. It is understood and agreed upon by our international clientele that RITZY BABEZ is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/fees. If these charges are billed to RITZY BABEZ by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge the card/account information of file without notice
Customer satisfaction and quality control is our top priority. Each product is checked and cared for prior to being sent out. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please contact us at email@example.com
We do not offer refunds. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit on defective items ONLY. You must contact a member of our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 3 days of the receipt of your order if it is defective. In order for the exchange or store credit to be granted we must receive products for inspection first. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or store credit request. In addition, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. The product must be sent back in the manner in which it was received. We will not accept products that have been used or altered etc. Due to federal law and for the protective hygiene of all or clients, we cannot accept used products.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, ABANDONED, OR REFUSED PACKAGES. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
